Nick Stoltzfus is a Certified Public Accountant specializing in nonprofit and tech-forward start-up accounting and back-office solutions. Prior to founding Stratofied, he founded Pivotal LLC, a fractional CFO service firm focusing on nonprofits and start-ups. Prior to founding Pivotal, he served as Director, Accounting and Controller at the Heritage Foundation.

Internationally renowned business leader, multi-faceted serial entrepreneur, option trading pioneer, and shareholder, operator and investor in nearly 100 companies. Master trader at CBOE where he also served on Board of Directors.

Jeff leads product and program at Stratofied by focusing on the customer and using technology to create outstanding user experiences. His background spans traditional financial services, crypto and blockchain, and FinTechs, along with a deep understanding of the technologies that power them. Prior to Stratofied, Jeff built and led product teams for a multinational bank and investment firm, a community bank, and a crypto exchange. He also founded and ran his own consultancy during the early evolution of mobile data and applications.

Joe Piotrowski is the former CTO at LiquidPoint, LLC and Dash Financial Technologies. He has designed, developed, and managed a variety of options trading systems over the course of his career.

For the past four years, Charles Wismer has served as CEO of Advalis, the parent company of FincenFetch—a leading platform with a direct connection to the U.S. Treasury Department’s report-filing systems.
